By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't use the site — call us instead, and nothing here applies to that conversation.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Hansel Valley Stone” mean the business producing stone in Hansel Valley, Box Elder County, Utah.

This website provides information about our stone and lets you ask us for a price. It is not a store. There is no checkout, and no price is published here.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions, photographs, availability, and any figures we publish are provided so you can decide whether to talk to us, and they may change without notice.

When you request a quote, we respond with a price and a lead time based on the information you gave us — the stone, the quantity, the destination, the date. That response is an estimate, not a contract.

A quote may change if what you told us changes, if the quantity moves, if freight costs move, or if the material you asked for is not available from the lot we expected. A quote binds nobody until we both confirm the order in writing. Quotes expire; if we do not state an expiry, treat it as thirty days.

Sending a quote request does not reserve material and does not create an obligation on either side.

This is the most important paragraph on this page, so read it before you order.

Natural stone varies. Color, veining, texture, thickness, and size differ from piece to piece, from pallet to pallet, and from lot to lot. Photographs on this site show representative material and cannot show you the stone you will receive. Screens render color differently from one another.

Coverage rates, weights, and dimensions we publish are approximations for planning. Actual coverage depends on the thickness you install, the joint you work to, and how the material is sorted on site. Order accordingly, and where a job depends on a match, order the whole job from one lot and ask us to hold it.

Nothing on this site is engineering, structural, or design advice. Whether a given stone suits a given application — a retaining wall, a veneer over a backing wall, a load-bearing element, a freeze-thaw exposure — is a decision for you and your engineer or architect.

Any actual sale of stone is governed by the written order, quote confirmation, and invoice between us — including price, quantity, freight, delivery, title and risk of loss, inspection, claims, and returns. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else's details, through the quote form;
• use the quote form to send advertising, solicitations, or anything unlawful;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it;
• use our name, logo, or photographs as if the stone were your own product.

We may decline to quote, and may block access, for any of the above.

The Hansel Valley Stonename, the wordmark, the logo, the photography, and the text on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy our photographs or copy the site's content for a competing catalog.

If you send us a photograph of a finished project, you give us permission to show it with credit, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission. Tell us if you would rather we didn't.

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit any warranty we give you in a written sales agreement, and it does not exclude anything the law does not let us exclude.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or lost business, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only so far as the law permits.

Where we link to somewhere else — a map, a supplier, a trade body — we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Box Elder County, Utah, and you and we each consent to that venue.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
